Short-drama apps are popular, but their reviews keep raising the same complaints. Here is what independent reviewers have measured:

Refunds (digital goods)
Coins and Story Passes are digital goods delivered immediately to this device. Unused coin packs can be refunded within 14 days if you have not spent the coins — email us with your Stripe receipt. Technical billing errors are refunded in full. Story Passes already used to unlock content are generally non-refundable except where required by law. To cancel All-Access, use the Stripe customer portal link in your receipt email (or contact us); billing is monthly, never weekly, and we never charge after a confirmed cancel.
